Joffrey has been racing bikes for twenty-three years. When he started having problems on the bike at the age of fifteen, he looked for solutions, but no one in his region could help him. He also looked elsewhere but felt he would not find the answers he sought. That is how his whole bike fitting journey started.
At the same time, he realized that he was on a similar journey with training. He could only find generic answers. He knew there was something deeper he had to encounter.
All of this led him to the discovery of philosophy, which allowed him to compile his unique, world-class bike fitting and coaching method. To give a nod to one of his favorite philosophers, Socrates, he would say that the unexamined practice of cycling is not worth doing.
Along with him, you will examine the practice of cycling. He will optimize your posture on and off the bike so you become one with your bike and bypass joy-killing discomfort, as well as optimize your training by following virtuous practices so you can become the cyclist you have the potential to be.
Toward an examined practice of cycling for optimal enjoyment and performance
Bike fitting is about optimizing the connection between you and your bike. Therefore, we achieve the best results by addressing both the rider and the bike. Joffrey moves beyond a standard biomechanical analysis, diving deep into your being to create a truly personalized fit. This way, you can focus on the joy of each pedal stroke and say farewell to the discomfort that takes away your pleasure.

The three steps for an optimal cycling experience
1. Become one with your bike
Start your journey toward a more mindful cycling practice with a proper bike fit. By becoming one with your bike, you will establish the right foundation for achieving an optimal cycling experience. Without this optimization, discomfort and inefficiency could distract you from the magic of riding.
2. Connect with your body
Learning to train while listening to your body makes sense after a proper fit. This will lead you to a greater level of performance while ensuring you enjoy every single minute of your practice. I do not wish for you to spend as much time as I did on trial and error.
3. Attain peak pleasure and performance
After you have the right fit and learn to listen to your body properly, you will discover a new way of practicing cycling—a way you had no idea existed before—where every ride feels natural and pain-free. Without a proper fit and training connected to your body, enjoyment and long-term health may be compromised.
